At Budock Vean we have an enviable reputation for serving fantastic food all year round. This goes into overdrive at our special spring Gourmet weekend and we'd love you to join us.
At our Gourmet evenings our chefs plan menus that shine a light on Cornish produce. These fabulously foodie weekends are a chance for our chefs, led by Head Chef Christian Jordan, who has been part of the Budock Vean family for almost 30 years, to really show off their skills.

Working with local suppliers and the finest seasonally available ingredients, they craft five course evening meals using a variety of cooking styles to produce something that really is quite special.
Each course is accompanied by specially selected wines that have been specifically chosen to be enjoyed alongside the flavours of the food. Presented by our wine speaker, you'll learn more about the fascinating world of wine!
