The Track
Set on a five-acre floodlit site, the contained trails at The Track offer a physical challenge to riders of all ages and abilities. Riders can expect to find dirt jumps to match their level of riding competence and give them the opportunity to hone and improve their existing riding skills either on the competition-quality trails or in the safety of the UK’s largest multi-ramp foam pit.

The Children’s Sailing Trust offers a range of courses for adults and children, including in the school holidays, plus improver sailing and bespoke tuition that helps improve skills and confidence. Learn to sail on the Helford River as part of a holiday to remember.
Since 1997, Children’s Sailing Trust has provided sailing classes for over 5,000 local school children and those visiting on holiday. Summer 2021 saw the brand new fully-accessible water sports centre at Trevassack Lake on The Lizard, providing further opportunities for children and families, with even the most severe physical disabilities, financial challenges and special educational needs, to get out on the water.

Stithians Lake
Whether you’re visiting Stithians Lake for the day or staying a little longer, there is a wide range of activities for all ages to get involved with, including: Stand up paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, windsurfing and instructor-led sessions. You can event hire watersports equipment or self-launch your own equipment.
Enjoy the uninterrupted views across the lake and explore Stithians on foot. There’s a 5 mile circular route through meadows, wet woodland and heathland and a great walk from the café to Stithians Dam.

Koru Kayaking
We know we’re biased but we think Cornwall is one of the most impressive spots in the United Kingdom, from its dramatic coastline to the beautiful in-land waterways. Kayak straight from the hotel’s Helford River foreshore on one of Koru’s guided kayak tours which is the ultimate way to discover the remote beauty on offer in this part of the world.
