What are your opening times?

Do you offer towels and robes?

Spa Day guests will receive a bundle that includes a robe, towel, and slippers for use during your visit. If you're a hotel guest, we kindly ask that you use the robes and towels provided in your room. Should you wish to hire a spa bundle, this is available for £5 per person. At the end of your visit, please return robes and towels to the designated boxes by the lockers before you leave. Thank you for helping us keep these items available for everyone!

What should I know about the spa facilities before booking?

Our spa facilities are designed to be shared and inclusive, catering to spa day guests, hotel guests and members, which helps foster a vibrant and social environment. Guests can enjoy our pool, indoor sauna, and outdoor hot tub, perfect for unwinding. As a family-friendly hotel, please note there may be times when children are present in the pool area. Our changing facilities are compact and the showers are shared between genders, though a privacy screen is available for added comfort if you wish to make use of this. We hope these insights help you make the most of your visit with us.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations; otherwise, a 50% charge of the total treatment or spa day cost will be applied. If you provide 48 hours' notice, we’re happy to reschedule your appointment and transfer the deposit for use within the next two weeks. Please note that rescheduling of the same treatment can only be arranged once. In the case of lateness, we will do our utmost to accommodate you; however, if excessive lateness prevents us from doing so, a 50% charge will be incurred.

Can my child have a treatment?

We don’t have a minimum age requirement for treatments; however, we’re unable to offer body treatments—such as massages, scrubs, or waxing—to guests under 16. In our commitment to being welcoming and inclusive, we’re delighted to offer alternative treatments like manicures, pedicures, and facials. We also have a dedicated spa package for younger guests aged 8-16, our ‘Precious Moments’ package, designed just for them.

Do you keep my information confidential?

Your privacy is very important to us, and all information is kept strictly confidential. Upon arrival at the spa reception, you'll be asked to complete a written consultation form. In the treatment room, your therapist will conduct a brief verbal consultation to discuss any relevant details and tailor the treatment to your needs. All information is securely transferred to our online system, and the paper form is then securely shredded.

Are there any accessability issues I need to be aware of?

We kindly ask that you respect the relaxation of other guests by keeping noise levels low throughout the spa and surrounding areas. For a truly peaceful environment, we also encourage you to refrain from using mobile phones in the spa area. Thank you for helping us create a calm and restful atmosphere for everyone.
